Directory Listings

If you submit or claim a business listing on the Rotorcraft Directory, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including contact details, categories, and any certifications or credentials referenced in your listing.

MainGearbox does not independently verify licenses, certifications (including FAA or EASA credentials), insurance, or safety records submitted with a listing. Listings reflect information provided by the business itself and are not vetted, endorsed, or guaranteed by MainGearbox.

Paid Listings & Refunds

Some listing packages require payment. Purchasing a paid package does not guarantee inquiries, leads, sales, search ranking, or any other business outcome. Once a paid listing has been published, fees are generally non-refundable, except as described at the time of purchase. A listing removed for violating these Terms, or in response to a valid user report, is not eligible for a refund of any remaining prepaid term.

No Warranty

The Rotorcraft Directory and all listing content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. MainGearbox is not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on directory listing information, including business decisions made based on a listed company’s claimed certifications or qualifications.
