Some fields — like industry credentials and capability tagging — are specific to your business category and appear on the Add Listing form for your listing type. Email is collected at every tier but never displayed publicly on your listing — visitors reach you through the Contact Business button instead, which sends your message directly without exposing your email address.
How Plans Work
Every plan includes the core fields needed to be found — business name, location, category, and a description. Higher tiers unlock more room to tell your story, more ways for potential customers to reach you, and greater visibility across the Directory.
Every listing includes a “Contact Business” button, giving prospective customers a direct way to reach you without your email address ever being published on the page — protecting your business from spam and scraping while still making you reachable.
Premium Plus and Pro listings can also connect to one related business per category — Operator, Maintainer, Supplier, OEM, Organization, Training Provider, and Venue — shown as Network Connections on the business’s Details page. This works two ways: highlighting a genuine affiliate relationship, like a maintenance shop that services a specific fleet operator, or connecting multiple locations or divisions of the same company across the Directory — for example, linking an OEM’s U.S. listing to its affiliated entities in other countries, or a company with both a manufacturing listing and a separate maintenance listing under the same brand.
